We do not do one off pick ups, minimum pick ups for new customers is 6 pick ups.

We do not offer our service for any Acreage properties wether its quarter acre or half acre etc.

​

Minimum 1 bag must be paid in advance for all new customers or cash paid on the day the bag is emptied.

​

Our drivers come to your property on a 4 weekly cycle only, you are charged even if the bag is not used. No extra clears or postponements of the service unless agreed upon in extreme circumstances.

GREEN WASTE ARE THE ONLY THINGS TO GO INTO THE GARDEN BAG.

Bags should not be filled past the top of the stand.

Bags should not weigh more than 50 kilos when driver comes to empty bag. Please do not refill bag after rain has sunk down the contents as the bag will be too heavy.

IF IT IS A STRUGGLE FOR YOU TO MOVE BAG THEN IT’S TOO HEAVY FOR OUR DRIVERS TO MOVE IT ALSO.

If bags are too heavy, driver will leave another bag for you to divide contents and you will be charged for both bags.

Items allowed in bag: Palm Fronds, Grass Clippings, Small Branches, Tree Trimmings and Garden Trimmings are allowed in bag.

Items not allowed: No food, No metal, No animal poop, No rubbish. No Paper and No Cardboard. No Tree Stumps. No heavy tree limbs. No dirt and No mulch. No rocks or stones.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

At least 2 weeks’ notice must be given if you know longer need our service, all monies owed must be paid up, including monies for the final pick up.

If final payment has not been made when we come to take away our bag and stand, we may empty out the contents of the bag onto the property at your own expense.
