All Accounts must be
paid within 14 days of pickup.
Garden bags are emptied on a regular
You will be charged if our driver
comes to your property and your bag does not need to be emptied.
You must pay cash on the day bag is emptied or at least have one payment in advance at all times.
You have to ring 48 hours prior to
your next pick up date to postpone pick up or you will be charged-only ring for
a postponement if bag is totally empty!
Postponements of pick up are only for
4 weeks max.
Bags should not be
filled over the height of the stand.
Bags should not weigh
more than 50 kilo's when driver comes to empty bag.
(IF IT IS A STRUGGLE
FOR YOU TO MOVE BAG THEN IT’S TOO HEAVY)
If bags are too heavy, driver may
leave another bag for you to divide contents or you may be charged for 2 bags.
Payments to be made by
Cash or Direct Deposit.

GO IN GARDEN BAG
The green waste we remove is recycled
to help our environment, so there are a number of items we cannot remove.
No food, No metal, No animal poop, No
rubbish. No Paper and No Cardboard. No Tree Stumps. No heavy tree limbs. No
dirt and No mulch. No rocks or stones.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
At least a weeks’ notice must be
given if you know longer need our service, all monies owed must be paid up,
including monies for the final pick up.
MINIMUM of three (3)paid pickups.
